Cooking Methods and Eating Methods of Artemisia Baba

Pick up tender artemisias (known as “Baba Artemisia”, green, slightly white at the bottom of leaf, with tomentum ) in the hill, grind and soak it, remove moisture, dry, blend with glutinous rice powder. Make round Baba with preserved meat, salt and scallion (or without preserved meat, sesame powder and sugar), steam to eat, or cool, roast or steam again. It tastes good and sweet, delicious, so it is a food with unique local characteristics.
