Blood Curd

Blood curd is cooked by below methods: stir the bean curd, fresh pig blood, diced pork, chili, pepper and other additives into pastes, knead into pancake, put into a heated bamboo sieve, smoke until the color turning to yellow, slice into pieces, and fry with garlic and pepper.
